I feel obligated to apologize for posting once a week, if that. You see, I don't have a desk, and it is hot in the room our computers are in. Also, for some reason being in this room for long periods of time makes me throw up. Why? I have no idea. But it's true.
Since my last update, nothing has changed. Absolutely nothing. Really.
TP Tuesday for week 13: 8 squares.
Same as last week. I would love to start looking pregnant and not chubby. I also know soon that I will long to be skinny again. It's a lose/lose situation. Ha.
Weight gain: Still at a -7. At this point with DJ, I had gained 1 or 2 pounds. I'm not too terribly concerned about my weight loss, since my belly is getting bigger, albeit very slowly.
Symptoms: Nausea is making a comeback. I got sick 3 times yesterday, but none today. It seems like there is no method to the madness. For now, I will just take each day as it comes and hope that this doesn't last the entire pregnancy.
What else is going on in the Klutts Family, besides my pregnancy?
David passed a big test today! At the end of each section, they take a big test. He was worried, as most people drop out during this section. I am happy to say he did amazingly well.
DJ has an infection on his "private area". We saw a Dr. for it today, and I was given some antibiotics to help get rid of it. He seems oblivious to the entire mess, unless, of course, you try to put medicine on it. We haven't decided what we will call his "junk" yet. It's actually a pretty big decision, one that I never thought I would be wondering about. Do you go strictly anatomical? Cutesy? Slang? Something totally made up?
Oh, the joys of parenting...
Look for a picture update tomorrow. I'm making no promises, but the start of week 14 and my second trimester seems like an appropriate time for a new belly shot.
