300.

I was up off and on since 4 am this morning. I snuggled with David for a bit, relishing that I am married to a man who keeps me warm on chilly mornings. He wrapped his arms around my belly, and Sabrina kicked him good morning. Around 6, I decided that tossing and turning in bed wasn't worth it anymore. I got up, pulled on a sweater to beat the chill, and made cup of coffee. Let the kitties out. Wandered by the bathroom, and wiped a smear of shaving cream off David's face that he missed. Reminded my Husband to bring his lunch to work, then rolled out my mat and settled down for a few sips of warm coffee and sunrise prenatal yoga.

It seems like in the midst of a funk, we have a moment of perfect clarity, A moment where everything is right with the world. Nothing can go wrong. It lifts your spirits and helps remind you why you live life in the first place. For me, it is these moments that I cherish the most.

20 minutes into Yoga, I heard DJ banging on his door to be let out. And so my Momma day begins at 6:30, almost an hour early. Good thing DJ is always smiles and kisses when he wakes up. It makes the shattering of a quiet morning bearable.

Today I have a doctor's appointment. Just another quick check up for weight, blood pressure, and Sabrina's heart beat. I'm going to take DJ to the playground on base he loves so much, and have some lunch.

I'm glad to be alive and well today.

P.S. This is my 300th post. Hooray!
